This game isn't like its predecessors you can't collect all the cars. You can mod to your heart's content in Story Mode, and not worry for a moment about earning a ban-until you switch from Story Mode to Online without removing / reversing all mods. Any modifications you've made to the game must be reversed before playing Online, or you stand a good chance of getting banned. Some people mistakenly believe that they can play Online with mods that are purely cosmetic, if the mods are not used for cheating. It doesn't matter what the function or purpose of a mod is.
